She has 14 years spanning general practice, 12 years in emergency and critical care, 11 years in end-of-life care and grief companioning, and 15 years teaching in higher education. She also has 5 years of experience in program management. Christy has been highly involved in veterinary support staff training, instructor development, guest speaking, curriculum development, and is a published author.
